Consultant, Serena Campbell begins working on Keller and despite Malick's warnings, Ric believes that he will be able to handle her. After Ric and Serena clash over a patient's care, he needs to find a way to be able to work with her in the future. Tara wants to impress Jac and jumps at the chance to help her with a difficult patient. Luc is back on the ward and Eddi is not impressed with his nonchalant behaviour.
