Following a car crash, 26-year-old Tino is rushed into hospital suffering from a potentially life-threatening aortic tear. After falling backwards on an escalator, Frank impaled his head on a metal step and the threat of blood loss is a major concern, and a university student is rushed in to have a tumour removed.
