Yet another funny and heart warming exploration of nature. The animated 3D film features the voices of Hayden Panettiere, Justin Long, Christina Ricci, Dennis Hopper and directed by Ben Gluck and Anthony Bell. The movie will be showing in theaters beginning on the 17th of September 2010. Here's what to expect from the movie, a short plot summary from Wikipedia: Kate (Hayden Panettiere) and Humphrey (Justin Long) are two wolves. They're both members of the same pack, but from opposite ends of the social order. Kate is an Alpha and her father is the main alpha male. His daughter behaves exactly how she should; she takes her duty and commitment to the pack seriously. Humphrey, on the other hand, is an Omega wolf, the lowest of the pack and spends his days making jokes and playing about with his other Omega friends. To keep peace between a rival pack, Kate's father announces the engagement between his daughter and the rival pack's Alpha male - an arrangement Kate will fulfill. When a park ranger shoots both Kate and Humphrey with a sedation gun they awake to find themselves in Idaho's Sawtooth National Recreation Area, far away from their home in Canada's Jasper National Park, and are expected to repopulate. Two wolves who shouldn't ever find themselves socialising together must work as a team and travel on a crucial road trip to get back home and save the pack.
