The vets treat some of North Yorkshire's more exotic residents, including Amadeus the alpaca, whose owner Christina found him with a stick in his eye. Julian Norton knows he probably would not survive an operation to remove the eye, and the kindest thing might be to put him to sleep, but he is hoping to find another solution.
