Casa Roma, a Lancaster, CA, family-owned Italian eatery, packs in the customers at the bar, but the restaurant stays empty nearly every night. With a clueless kitchen staff, outdated décor and inexperienced owners, Casa Roma is going to be one tough job for Chef Ramsay. The visit gets off to a bad start when the food for Ramsay's taste test takes over an hour and he falls asleep in the booth!
