3 - 2: Glorified Shed Gets Modern Cottage Makeover

Aubrey and Bristol Marunde get a deal on a structure that looks like a glorified shed on zoned horse property not far from the Strip. They plan to build a 600-square-foot addition to turn it into a two-bed, two-bath home with a new kitchen, living room, dining room and even a small loft. Aubrey gives the interior a modern cottage theme with a lot of white and gray plus pops of purple for her signature glam touch. Bristol's custom-built pergola and stone facing on the front of the house turn this small, sad building into an enticing family home that Aubrey and Bristol hope will bring them big returns in the red-hot Vegas market.
