In the wake of Henry's decision to leave Eureka, S.A.R.A.H. traps some of Eureka's prominent residents--Carter, Henry, Allison, Beverly, Fargo and Nathan--in order to protect the town from what she feels is a great danger: increasing discord among the residents and the dissolution of Eureka, beginning with Henry's departure. Jo and Taggart arrive later and realize that something is seriously wrong. However, an escape attempt inside the smarthouse goes awry and S.A.R.A.H.'s base military AI, B.R.A.D., emerges, forcing the prisoners to choose: reconcile or die. They must escape, disarm a crazed weapon-powered AI, and determine what S.A.R.A.H is really worried about.
