Highlights are shown of life from within the house. The two teams continue with Turf Wars. Shievonne celebrates her birthday in the house and thinks its her worse birthday ever. The two teams have to guess different foods by their smell as they battle it out to win access to a secret room. The blue team win the challenge. Shievonne is given a special birthday message from home. The blue team are given food and alcohol in the secret room. Becky upsets Scott. The blue team have to select a member of the green team to watch in the diary room being asked questions set by them but asked by Big Brother. They decide to select Adam. Shievonne isn't happy with what she hears. Adam ends up working out that the blue team saw what he said. Luke ends up admitting the truth to Adam.
